PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS
All products are machined within +/- .0005" - .002" tolerance and fully inspected before shipment. Our products with threaded holes will have a tighter fit than normal tapped products. We use form taps that "form" the metal vs cutting taps that leave a weaker wall structure, which are more prone to stripping, cracking, etc... Products with an anodized finish are within .0004" - .001" thick coating, UV protected and sealed with a nickel acetate. All anodized products meet mil spec type II class 1 anodizing.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed from 9:00am - 5:00pm ( EST ), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00pm are processed the following business day. The shipping cost calculated on the website is subject to change and will be shown in your invoice. We offer UPS, FedEx and on request USPS (please see our USPS shipping policy below). Every order shipped through UPS, FedEx (USPS extra services optional) will be provided with a tracking number when shipped, adult signature required and insurance to full value for a piece of mind.
We Cineik LLC will ship through USPS at the customers request, however we Cineik LLC won't be responsible for delayed deliveries, loss of goods, damage, etc… We recommend everything to be shipped with insurance, however some countries don't offer this option. USPS express offers tracking and insurance up to $2500 for most countries. You can visit USPS.com to check your countries availability on extra services and pricing from the US to your destination. Shipping Damage Policy

If the package, product, etc.. is damaged, refuse delivery after taking pictures of product, delivery person's name, carrier used and call the company right away to report the claim. Please send the info. to listed carrier technical email and a copy to CINEIK. You may be 100% responsible if the carrier doesn't accept the claim at a later date. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible and report the claim. We are an email based company and will receive a faster response thru email than phone.

RETURNS
CINEIK has a 7 day return policy as long as the purchased items are returned the same way they were shipped, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please make sure everything is included or full refund will not be returned (excluding shipping & merchant fees). We don't charge a restocking fee if the product(s) havn't been used / damaged. For products that show signs of use, damage, etc.. (not in the condition they were shipped from CINEIK) the buyer is responsible for a restocking fee depending on condition or if damage may not be eligible for return. Our staff will fully inspect the item(s) before a decision is confirmed.
WARRANTY
Our products are fully inspected before shipment and discarded if they don't meet requirements. We offer a 100% limited warranty on all of our products, excluding any physical damage caused by abuse, accident, or improper operation, and any lack of performance attributable to such abuse, accident, or improper operation, as determined by CINEIK.
CINEIK shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of production time or money, regardless whether the product functioned properly or improperly for any reason, including those for which CINEIK bears liability.

PAYMENT
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for payment(s) in the US to clear.
BACKORDERS
We currently make everything in house so this is unlikely to happen, however if a product reaches a demand beyond us then it's subject for backordering. Items on backorder you'll have the choice of waiting until the item is in stock or a full refund. Backorder emails will be sent out and updated when product is back in stock.
