  Q - When will the products ship ?  
  
  A - All products ship within 3 - 5 business days after payment is received in full. If the item isn't stocked you'll have the option to be on a backorder list or full refund.


  
  Q - What's the warranty on CINEIK products ?  
  
  A - All products from CINEIK have a no risk 100% warranty, as long as it's a manufacture flaw it's covered. If products are dropped, broken or pushed past limits after shipment has been confirmed, CINEIK is not responsible. We sell spare parts at a discounted price if you already purchased a unit from CINEIK.    

  

  Q - How are the domestic packages shipped ?

  A - With every shipment we insure the product to full value, require an adult signature upon arrival and provide location checkpoint tracking for a peace of mind.
